Design Construction Company JSC Khuro

Former Kutaisi Branch of the former State Design Institute - "Georgian Urban Constructing State Design Project" - founded in 1946

Since 1989 it is an independent Design Organization.

Since 1993 it is a Joint Stock Company.

Since 1996 it is a Joint Stock Company with 100 % private ownership.

During the 60 years of its lifetime the JSC "Khuro" designed almost all the urban and dwelling buildings, engineering communications and buildings in the West Georgia (excluding Adjara and Abkhazia).

During last several years a good deal of rehabilitation and construction projects had been worked out, including the projects of urban planning, engineering communications, public and private buildings.

All the project design documentation is kept in JSC "Khuro's" business archive. In total there are more then 20 000 design documentation in JSC "Khuro's" business archive.

The company possesses the industrial building with the total area of 3800 m2 with all subsidiary buildings and storages. It is equipped with modern computer and graphic techniques. All the departments necessary for the design company is functioning there: engineering geodesic and geologic departments, architect and building construction departments, water supply and sewage system, electric, weak current, estimate and construction management departments. There are all the conditions for working out the complete design documentation there. And which is very important and worth mentioning, the professional personnel and specialists are still kept there.
